Our NSW Builders Licence No. 190017c is held with the NSW Department of Fair Trading and is renewed every 3 years.

Public Liability & Products Liability Insurance
Our current policy with Vero Insurance Limited is renewed annually and is to the value of $10,000,000.
Workers Compensation
We hold a current Works Compensation Certificate of Currency under the Work Compensation Act 1987 which is renewed anually.
Home Warranty Insurance
Under the Home Building Act 1989, builders contracting for residential building work worth over more than $20,000 must take out Home Warranty Insurance. This gives you peace of mind that if your
building work is defective or incomplete, you can lodge an insurance claim to complete or rectify work if the building company is no longer operating. Living Space Constructions hold a current
Certificate of Eligibility with QBE which is renewed annually. For each valid residential project we take out a site specific policy as required.
